Winter Course and Workshops for the Pomeranian Bar
What challenges come to mind when you think about working internationally as a lawyer?
Yesterday, together with the advocates from the Pomeranian Bar, we explored quite a few!
From accents and communication styles, through time zones and date formats, to powers of attorney and KYC checks.
Accents, spelling, time zones and date formats.
It’s part of a workshop series I’ve been running with the Pomeranian Bar for many years now, and I always feel grateful to work with such an engaged group.
These conversations are a great reminder that international work is not just about the law, it’s also about communication, awareness, and staying curious!
I’d love to hear your thoughts: what challenges have you come across in international practice?
